The Process
I was always a maker. Once I figured out how to stack the blocks, I was hooked. I wanted to nail the blocks together, paint them, make them art. Summers by our backyard creek, making rock sculptures was a favorite childhood pastime and now a visualization for my happy place. Once a maker, always a maker. I make, not only for a living, but for passion. 30 years later I get to live out “what I want to be when I grow up” and create wearable art day in and out. With my 2 hands. Not cheating by using a bunch of fancy equipment, just the 2 tools I was given. I do it this way, because it gives something back to me, my little dose of daily magic and it shows in the product. At first I made fine art jewelry only for myself. Statement pieces that turned people’s heads. Always in pursuit of finding and building confidence. It was almost without my own knowledge that I created a whole line of jewelry based on this concept. Not only for myself, but for anyone wanting jewelry that projects, bold and adventurous meets sustainable organic. Everyday jewelry that sets you just enough apart to show your individuality. It is an honor and a privilege to be a small part in making the world feel beautiful.
